The scripts in this folder convert French CRS-style data to IATI. A second version of the scripts also converts French DAECT projects to IATI. You can switch branch to DAECT to see that version.

Create a virtualenv:
virtualenv ./pynev source ./pyenv/bin/activate pip install -r requirements.txt -
Create a directory
sourceand paste your Excel files there -
Run
./convert.py
