simple functions to read, manipulate and write data from one file to the other with new adjustments using python. Also has tests
Python code that takes up a file reads it then modifies each line to start with a Asterisk (*) and all are capital letters
Ensure you have python3 installed
clone the file aand delete the existing new.txt
You can also remove all the data in safe.txt add your own and see it being changed
