Double well:

I would scale x/y so that it is actually clear that the extent of x is much larger. Otherwise the PCA results come as a surprise
In cells 11 and 12 the PCA/TICA projections are clustered, but then we don't seem to do anything with that. Maybe some sort of illustration/visualization or in a later NB?
