"Developing changed. They made new frameworks, they made IDEs. It's called: too easy. It's called: you tell a computer what to code. That's why you see everybody is a developer now.
"But it takes a great developer like me to tell them, 'The code is messy, it's inefficient, don't fall for the trap.'"
