Wheel files for installing Pytorch 1.3.0, Pytorch 1.4.0 and Pytorch version 0.5.0 on Raspberry Pi 4B
To install (assuming all the dependencies have already been installed)
sudo pip3 install xxxx.whl
Built directly on a Raspberry Pi 4B (4 GB RAM) running Raspbian Buster.
