Receives data from IL-2 Dials Server UDP stream and displays cockpit instruments on a second screen or tablet/phone.
This ongoing project aims to replicate the instrument panels of the aircraft of World War 2 as represented in the flight sim IL-2 Sturmovik. Challenges included accurately modelling over 60 dials, creating an intuitive language agnostic interface, and displaying the data received over wifi smoothly. This app has made me focus on creating a polished interface, and has furthered my 3D modeling skills.
