Python server and client for streaming from webcam or other source. Both py27 and py34. This is made with barebone in mind. To stream video using python with as little non-standard libraries as possible.
Server requires: cv2 or pygame for video, pyaudio and audioop for displaying sound intensity
client requires: numpy, PIL,PIL.ImageTk and cv2 for video if server uses cv2
