Python scripts to produce figures for a model of cyclic treatment of glioblastoma.
Required:
- python3 (tested with version 3.6.4)
- scipy (tested with version 1.0.0)
- numpy (tested with version 1.14.0)
- sympy (tested with version 1.1.1)
- matplotlib (tested with version 2.1.2)
Usage: just start the script, i.e. python3 ./egt_cancer_dyn.py.
