Translate Assistant for GNOME Shell is an indicator help you with translations.
You need GNOME Shell
To install Translate Assistant for GNOME Shell, follow these steps:
Goto GNOME Extensions page and search for WireGuard Indicator.
Enable the extension by click the switch.
When you start Translate Assistant for GNOME Shell it goes to Indicator Area, as you can see in the next screenshot,
