This repository contains the files to print and assemble a commutator for electrophysiology using a 16 channel Intan headstage.
There are two options for the electronic configuration:
- Intan's PCB Adapter
- Custom PCB
You can buy the RHD SPI cable adapter board from Intan and follow their application manual here. This is the easiest solution, but not the cheapest.
You use any service to make the PCBs yourself using the designs in this repository. Be aware that this involves soldering of the very small 12 PIN omnetics connector, which might be a bit challenging.
Depending on your build, you might need the different parts outlined here. If you are also using the custom PCB, check the Gerbers/
folder for the particular build.
