Adds a RunKeeper Healthy button to the top of single posts.

== Description ==

Adds a RunKeeper Healthy button prepended to single post content. The Healthy button is loaded directly from RunKeeper.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the files to the `/wp-content/plugins/wp_runkeeper_button` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3. Done.

The RunKeeper Healthy button is a bookmarklet button that enables people to share items with their Street Teammates.
Whether items are fitness tips, healthy recipes, or inspiring stories, the Healthy button lets you promote items
in your FitnessFeed on RunKeeper's website.
