One way the Center for Telehealth at MUSC responded to the COVID-19 pandemic responded to the pandemic was by enabling healthcare workers to round on and communicate with suspected coronavirus patients without direct contact. Enabling select Cisco DX-70 and DX-80 products to communicate unidirectionally as part of a hospital telecommunications network. We developed an API wrapper to enable rapid provisioning / editing of these select DX devices while simultaneously creating a seamless, user-friendly integration with existing healthcare workflows. Please note this is a work-in-progress and no guarantee of functionality exists.
