HitCo is a(nother) Python implementation of Iterative Correction and Eigenvector decomposition (Imakaev, et al. Nat. Methods. 2012.), which aims to correct biases from Hi-C contact maps.
HitCo is not yet available on the Python Package Index. The easiest way to install it is to clone this repository and run the setup script:
$ git clone https://github.com/matthiasblum/hitco.git
$ cd hitco
$ python setup.py install --userHitCo requires these dependencies:
- Numpy
- Scipy
- Matplotlib
- Pandas
- Cython
