Using data provided from MSR Challenge 2014, the tool mines: data categories representing activity contributions to determine the consistency of terms that demonstrate expertise, takes the frequency of those terms to quantify user contributions and activity, and lastly uses formulations of key terms associated with an expertise domain through comparison of a custom dictionary to determine relative expertise in a particular domain.
