Grab the latest release file depending on your chosen install method: Releases

For Offline install:

Windows

Extract the Release win_extensions.zip into your %USERPROFILE%\.vscode\extensions directory

Linux

Extract the Release linux_extensions.zip into your ~\.vscode\extensions directory

For Online install:

Download the Release vsix, then in VSCode select "Install from VSIX" under Extensions
