Linked Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Dashboard
A Visual Analytics Platform for Integrated Visualization of Linked Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) data-sets with Pubmed Publications. The platform was devised as a part of the submission which won the Big Data Prize in the Semantic Web Challenge in the International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC) 2013.
