Download and process a dataset of all Bob Ross paintings from The Joy of Painting in numpy format. The provided skript downloads all 403 paintings from the 31 seasons of TJOP from 'http://www.twoinchbrush.com' and stores them in a (403, 337, 450, 3) array in .npy format.
