To set up the projects for run, call init.sh from the command line. This script will start the servers, create the
topics and builds the project.
Run the basic messaging program with RunPart1.sh.
Run the country messaging program with RunPart2.sh.
Run the offset testing program with RunPart3.sh.
Run the multigroup test program with RunPart4.sh.
