Card sometimes doesn't render

Usually resizing browser window helps and card appears.
Problem is more serious on the mobile browsers as there is no way to resize the window hence the card is not appearing at all. Although sometimes it is rendering.

This seems to be applicable to all the custom cards - most likely some issue introduced on HA v0.116.X
