Basically its a wheel created for fun based on java script.
This spin and win wheel works on local server create a local server to test it.
I used XAMPP-control local host machine to test this game.
Really phaser has good them to work on for building projects and games.
And this was created on JavaScript , HTML , CSS & PHASER 3
-download the file.
-create a local host server.
-visit the index.html page.
