Processes Road Rating Data from a CSV file and outputs another CSV file
This program takes a CSV file with road rating data and processes the data. It then creates an output file in the required format.
The user browses for the Raw Data file using the GUI shown below.
After the user finds the file, the program will import the raw data, process it by checking multiple conditions, and output a CSV file with the required information. The screenshot below shows the original window and a pop up window when the program finishes.

An example of the Converted file is shown below. It shows an example of the error message, samples without distress, and the format of samples with distress.
