Support for peerDependency react@18

Describe the bug
Currently there are dependency tree problems with material-table because peerDependency support is only up to react 17.
It seems like it is fully functional under react 18 thought. Maybe the version can just be bumped/included.
Expected behavior
No problems resolving dependency tree.
- node version 16.x and 18.x
