This project has been moved to GitLab. In order to continue using an already checked-out installation, just replace the GitHub URLs with https://gitlab.com/mbunkus/simple-rtm.git in .git/config
If you don't have a GitLab account, don't worry: you can log in there with your GitHub credentials.
