Run on file diffusion_velocity_data.csv Produces diffusion.png Currently a "stupid code" - it fits the entire time interval, even if the diffusion data clearly has different regimes. It is currently hardcoded to fit a shorter time interval for a specific data set. Is good to run on a batch of data files as a first pass, but needs to be checked by a human.
