Moderate/Maintainer permissions

Please allow me to moderate/maintainer permissions for this repo. So, I can set up actions, automations, checks/testing, greeting bot, labels and more.

A few of us have tried to get in touch with @mckaywrigley on twitter and whatnot- no response.

I'm not sure hes looking for collaborators on this project (or maybe its simply bandwidth)... Im 15 commits ahead of this project myself with TONS of new features that Im happy to share but I havent heard from McKay and I dont want to open pull requests that are going to sit around for awhile.

The project definitely need day to day build support all in all so I think the talk has been totally forking off the project into a more collaborative repo for Devs. Any thoughts on that?

@TargetIQ I havent heard from them yet lol... crickets lol! Have you joined the discord yet? Im happy to spin off the current branch into a new project for collab
