to use app on machine you will need to have installed expo-cli, xcode for ios simulator or android studio for emulator, more details - https://docs.expo.dev/get-started/installation/
To run service from root:
cd ./service && npm start && cd ../
To start app run following commands:
expo install && npm start
to run mobile app on actual device, replace http://localhost:3000 apiBaseUrl in ./appApi.ts file with network api url
