Getting Started

Create a spring-boot project using Spring Initializr from editor or https://start.spring.io/

VSCode

  • Install Extension Pack for Java
  • Install Spring Boot Extension Pack
  • Go to Spring Boot Dashboard
  • Select project and start
  • Browse http://localhost:8080

IntlliJ Idea Community

  • Open the spring maven project
  • Click add new configuration
  • Chose maven spring:run and save
  • Build the project and run
  • Browse http://localhost:8080
