This project is developed for a company which does background verification checks for Banks and other financial institutions.
This project consists of Admin web application and FOS user android application. Admin user can upload Background Verification cases through admin panel and can assign these cases to FOS user.
Once the case is received FOS user can track the address of Customer and can proceed with questionnaire specified by Bank / AGPS Systems. Every activity that happens with regards to the case gets recorded in system for further business and employee analysis.
Technical Challenges : Excel file upload with dropdowns which contains data from system. Get location data for every activity that FOS user does in system
