Image Processing for cell tracking was part of Masters course on Biological Image Analysis. This was a collaborative project with equal enagagement from @shauryagupta, @dtovbis and @medha7575. As my PhD research involved understanding behavior of a protein, called myosin in cell cytoskeleton. We utilized the images I had from my live imaging experimentation and developed this node tracking setup to track individual nodes in different frames of the experimentation movies.
