'Marked' macro has old Guidance tooltip

Describe the bug
The new Marked macro has the wrong tooltip. It should be updated to mirror the new 'Hexed' tooltip.

Replaced old 'Guidance' tooltip with 'A state to represent Hunter's Mark, or any generic targeting debuff.'
