Jesture
Jesture is a framework for mapping key sequences to javascript callbacks.
The framework can be used for functionality ranging from easter eggs to entire hot key menus.
Installation
Jesture is a standard Rails plugin.
script/plugin install git://github.com/membrain/jesture
By default, Jesture should copy a configuration file to your {RAILS_ROOT}/config directory. All combos and jestures in this file are commented out, so it will not affect your application. If you wish to run this generator manually, use the following command.
script/generate jesture
Use
The DSL is designed to be self-explanatory. Please view the contents of the default config file for reasonable examples. If you still have questions, please clone the example application.
