A PHP version of DADLANcher

The gamelocations.php.inc file may need to be modified to suit the users game install locations.
PHP 8.3.4 is distrubuted under the PHP Licence V3.01
To run, open a command prompt and change the directory to where DADLANcher-php has been saved. Type "php dadlancher.php"
A shortcut can also be made with the above command. An icon is also provided (From the original DADLANcher)
The display settings are already configured unlike the original DADLANcher. There is no need to set these parameters.
