To install the overlay:
layman -o https://raw.githubusercontent.com/metan-ucw/pcb-rnd-overlay/master/repositories.xml -f -a pcb-rnd-overlay
Then you have to unmask the pcb-rnd and enable at least one gtk use flag to get GUI.
