Creating a README.file using node.js
Using npm to download and install Inquirer package 6.5.0 for it to run effectively
An easy way to create README.md file by answering few questions in the terminal
Run "npm init" in node when first using the project to see if "package.json" are inclueded in the repo with the required depndencies
