Look at Figure S5 fit with just concentrations 0–1nM

Can you adjust Figure S5 to throw out concentrations above 1 nM, and look at the model-experiment fit just below this concentration? I think there might be something weird going on just at higher concentrations, and this will help check whether this could be the case.

In the experiment here, all the cell types are mixed together, and I think activation may be causing the cells to secrete various cytokines. That's why all the data points across cell type could be off together...
