EC50 simplification?

It might be simpler and less problematic to look at the correlation across the data at a single concentration, rather than compare EC50’s. The goal of the EC50 is to show we’re not just getting a correlation by recognizing higher concentration equals more signal. Single-concentration correlation would similarly achieve this.
