Line plots for partial tucker

@scottdtaylor95 I think you might be plotting the wrong thing, because when I change the number of components I get a dimension mis-match here:

tfac-ccle/tfac/figures/figure2.py

df.columns = treatments

Could you take a look? It seems like this might have worked only because the component number matches the number of treatments.

Should be fixed, plots look essentially the same as before, aside from flipping signs. I had been using the number of components where I should have used the number of treatments which only worked when they were equal.
