The LINCS dataset from the Heiser lab would be another potential source with no missing-ness problems.

Can you provide more information? About where is this data set and what needs to be done? I don't think the capstone team is going to work on this due to time constraints.

Right, this is an entirely separate dataset. It doesn't solve the missingness issue in the existing one. There's nothing to do here at the moment; this is just a note to myself about a potential future application.
