To install dependencies.

$ npm install -g phantomjs
$ npm install -g casperjs
$ npm install

Config the account

1. Rename ./config/default.example.json to default.json.
2. Config credentials and account.

Running the script

$ npm run-script scb
$ npm run-script kbank
