Interdependence and the Cost of Uncoordinated Responses to COVID-19

This repository contains the code for "Interdependence and the Cost of Uncoordinated Responses to COVID-19" (preprint available here). Code is divided into 4 subfolders:

  • analysis: contains all code pertaining to statistical modeling for the analysis presented in main text and the supplementary information.
  • data_cleaning: contains all code used to pre-process the raw data for analysis.
  • output: contains all plots generated.
  • utils: contains various code utilies used across different files.
