Functionality

To be provided a directory and take all the files in that directory and rename them according to some rule.

Building

Compile the .java file after changing the path names built in to the file.

picDir is the directory that holds the pictures to be renamed

Invocation

Run java fileName

TODO

Figure out how to make the path of picture files OS independent.
