J:281292 31399478 reports decreased CSF glucose levels in Slc2a1Rgsc200 heterozygotes. For now, I am annotating this to abnormal glucose homeostasis MP:0002078.
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CSF_glucose for causes of Low CSF glucose levels
Need to create new terms for:
abnormal cerebrospinal fluid glucose level
DEF: any deviation from the normal concentration of glucose in the cerebrospinal fluid
SYN: abnormal CSF glucose level
SOURCE: HP:0031884
decreased cerebrospinal fluid glucose level
DEF: less than the normal concentration of glucose in the cerebrospinal fluid
SYN: reduced cerebrospinal fluid glucose level
SYN: decreased CSF glucose level
SYN: reduced CSF glucose level
SYN: hypoglycorrhachia
SOURCE: HP:0011972, PMID:31399478
increased cerebrospinal fluid glucose level
DEF: greater than the normal concentration of glucose in the cerebrospinal fluid
SYN: elevated cerebrospinal fluid glucose level
SYN: increased CSF glucose level
SYN: elevated CSF glucose level
SYN: hyperglycorrhachia
SOURCE: HP:0031885
Should these be child terms of abnormal cerebrospinal fluid physiology MP:0021024 ? see child terms MP:0021027 and MP:0021082
Currently, there is no term available for abnormal cerebrospinal fluid composition.
Added new terms:
abnormal cerebrospinal fluid glucose level MP:0031647
decreased cerebrospinal fluid glucose level MP:0031648
increased cerebrospinal fluid glucose level MP:0031649
Move abnormal feces composition under digestive system morphology
TO DO:
Create new term abnormal cerebrospinal fluid composition under abnormal nervous system morphology.
Should level term in a bodily fluid be under physiology or under morphology branch?
