Language use: PHP, JavaScript, Java, MySQL
This project belongs to research team P3DB in University of Missouri, Columbia. It is a PHP workflow that takes several tools and make it into one application, which takes a formatted data file and store data into MySQL database. Then user can use the data visualization tools provided (so far only spine line/ heatmap are provided) to help analyze data.
