OData for Rust

OData crate with helper functions and structures to process OData 4 requests and responses.

The project includes crates for extracting OData queries from REST requests using axum. And helpers for sea-orm to generate queries from such an extracted OData resource. This should make it easy to bind the REST requests to a backend database.

This project is in a very early stage of development and not ready for general use.
