limix-legacy

This is the modified limix package forked from https://github.com/limix/limix-legacy to accomodate the log-likelihood calculations, and to make fair comparison with LVREML.

Install

Clone the repository. Then run the following command after navigating to the directory where the repository is cloned.

python setup.py install
