Pull out biosample type from NEON pH notebooks

NEON has three different types of studies: 1) soil, 2) surface water, and 3) benthic. The notebooks in the current state do not differentiate by type of biosample. I believe we need to pull out this information so its clear.

Closing this because we trimmed down the NEON notebook to just look at the soil study.
