Get pssdiag_xevent.sql so we understand what XEvents were configured to be run in the PSSDiag.

We get the PSSDiag.xml and other files and store them in the OUTPUT\INTERNAL folder that show the running of PSSDiag parts. For Xevents, pssdiag_xevent.sql is run and the selected XEvents are not in the PSSDiag.XML file. So when receiving an OUTPUT folder, you may not know what was selected to be run for XEvents, even though some output will show what WAS collected, we may want to know what was chosen to be collected....and the pssdiag_xevent.sql is the quickest place to get that.
