Perf Stats Snapshot Script Case Sensitive Issue

Perf stats snapshot is failing to collect statistics information case sensitive instances. There is an order by, using a column alias, which is not respecting the case sensitive rules. Because of that, the following error may happen

Invalid column name 'database_name'.
