[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] Inactivity Notifications triggered even after Resave and republish the app/flow

Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

Describe the issue
Dear Team,
I have users complaining that even when they resave the flow the inactivity emails are still being sent. The inactivity notification past time is 6 months. Where can I check if the resave or republish is updated properly ?

Expected Behavior
After the Maker do a resave of flows or republish of Apps, they should not get any more requests for the next 6 months.

You can go see in the inventory if the flow is updated to reflect the new saved date (Flow Modified On)
Generally speaking make sure your inventory is on and funning successfully:
Please go to the Admin Command Center > CoE Flows > Inventory. Validate that all flows are turned on and that there are no unmanaged layers as shown here.
Then see if there are any sync flow errors to investigate.
Thank you, yes once you have a specific example please can go see if they are marked with correct modified / published dates in the inventory.
