Manage Core Installation

Need to provide users with a UI where they can manage their installation. This includes managing the specific versions of cores available on their system.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Platform Management UI in Preferences dialog
  • [Un]Install available Cores
  • [Un]Install Available Boards
